E5 ENCLAVE
— A lineage-led think tank comprised of a Coalition of the Willing. —
Coalition of the Willing

A network, not a hierarchy.

E5 is the protocol. The Coalition is the network of sovereign nodes — organizations, builders, educators, farmers, technologists, advocates, and community leaders working in alignment. Each node keeps its name, its mission, and its leadership. The value emerges from the connections.

The Coalition Model

How sovereign organizations coordinate.

33
% Institutional seats

Black-Led Organizations

Autonomous Black-led nonprofits, cooperatives, and community institutions. They join the Coalition as equals, not as subsidiaries.

17
% Individual builders

Individual Builders

Technologists, educators, researchers, designers, and strategists who contribute their expertise directly to the network's collective capacity.

50
% Reserved seats

Partner Institutions

Aligned coalitions, partner institutions, and community organizations whose missions reinforce — but do not duplicate — the Coalition's work.

The Coalition operates on four principles.

I.

Sovereignty

Member organizations remain sovereign. The Enclave coordinates; it does not absorb. Member data, leadership, and futures stay with their organizations.

II.

Open Record

Coalition membership is published openly. Conflicts of interest are declared. The founding masthead above expands only by formal application and agreement.

III.

Coordination, Not Competition

If you are doing this work in Liberty City or anywhere in the diaspora, we are not competing with you. We are in coordination — or we should be.

IV.

Annual Audit

The 33/17/50 model is published, audited, and rebalanced every year. Coalition membership is not a permanent seat — it is a renewed commitment.
